Ordering FatFace Gift Cards online

1. You can purchase up to £250 worth of Gift Cards in a single transaction online. If you'd like to order more than £250, please call 0371 200 2453.
2. We accept the following payment methods: -
   • Mastercard credit & debit cards
   • Visa credit & debit cards
   • American Express
   • PayPal
3. We're really sorry - Gift Card transactions can only be made in GBP. All other currencies are currently unavailable.
4. Your order and payment will be processed and despatched by Voucher Express, and your debit/credit card statement will show `Voucher Express`.
5. You will be able to specify a personal message for your greeting card which will be despatched with the Gift Card.

FatFace Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Gift Cards are valid in any UK FatFace store and can be used as full or part payment for any FatFace kit.
2. Gift Cards can be topped up to a maximum limit of £1,000, although this website has a limit of £250.
3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. To check a Gift Card balance, go to your nearest store, or call 023 9244 1234, or check online at www.fatface.com/giftcards.
5. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction (including balance enquiries).
6. Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it is lost, stolen or damanged following sucessful delivery, the Gift Card will not be replaced.
